We recommend ordering your typical size. These are a body-hugging sweatshirt but have great stretch. If between sizes, and are worried about it being too tight, you could size up to be safe.

How we measure: 

Arm: Measures the thickest part of the bicep area while laying flat, then double that measurement. 

Bust: Measures armpit to armpit while laying flat, then double. 

Sleeve length: Measures top of the shoulder to the hem of the sleeve while laying flat. 

Body length: Measures from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem while laying flat. 

Wash instructions: Turn garment inside out.  Machine wash cold with like colors.  Do not bleach. Iron on reverse side.
