This week's Fitness Friday: Laurie's highly-requested ab workout. Her routine combines targeted moves and endurance-building sets to sculpt and strengthen your abs. Save this workout to your pinterest board & let us know if you try it! 

  1. Side crunches with tap – 25 reps each side
  2. Cable crunches – 50 reps
  3. Hanging leg raises – 10 reps × 2 sets
  4. Isolation crunches – 50 reps
  5. Weighted crunches – 40 reps
  6. V-ups – 50 reps
  7. Plank – Hold for 1 minute × 3 sets
Repeat the full circuit if you’re feeling strong, and always listen to your body.
