SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders over $50 will receive FREE USPS priority mail shipping.

For orders under $50, we offer Flat Rate Priority Mail Shipping for only $5. All Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 1-3 business days to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped. 


INTERNATIONAL ORDER: 

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada

Lauriebelles does not pay any customs, taxes or duties on international orders.  Some countries may or may not charge a fee for your order entering the country.  Please be aware though that it can happen from time to time and we do not pay these fees.  Please contact your customs office for charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.  Free shipping is not available on any international orders.  Once the package leaves the United States it is no longer trackable and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, or any fees or taxes due on your package.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as un-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

 

ONLINE RETURNS:

  • Lauriebelles gladly excepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached (NO REFUNDS).
  • Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.
  • Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.
  • Credit codes will be sent via email for the amount of the returned items.
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
  • Credit for returns will be issued within 48-72 hours from the time we receive your return.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. Do not tape on the original shoe box. $5 will be deducted for box damage.
  • Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
  • All sale items, headwear, earrings, camisoles, leggings and bralettes are FINAL SALE. No exceptions, no exchanges. 

ONLINE EXCHANGES:

Due to our limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, upon receiving your credit for your return you can repurchase the correct size/style if it is still available. Shipping is at the customers expense if the order is under $50.

SEZZLE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan since it is directly thru sezzle.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to support@lauriebelles.com and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.

Lauriebelles does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
