Arm: Measures the thickest part of the bicep area while laying flat, then double that measurement.

Body length: Measures from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem while laying flat.
Wash instructions: Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron on reverse side.

"I was really unimpressed with this unfortunately. The fabric was not that soft and the threats around the front pocket were sharp and felt like plastic wire instead of thread. I’ll be returning this 😞 also the sizing felt a little on the smaller side. I normally wear an xl I’m sweatshirts like this and this one was significantly tighter."
