How we measure: 

Arm: Measures the thickest part of the bicep area while laying flat, then double that measurement. 

Bust: Measures armpit to armpit while laying flat, then double. 

Body length: Measures from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem while laying flat. 

Washing instructions: Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach.  Iron on the reverse side.
