"The vest I ordered was too tight around the hips, and I was willing to exchange it for a XL. I purchased it from a sales person at one of your stores. And she told me it was going to be free returns and I could either buy another size or my credit card would be refunded. So I call, I send emails, and for whatever reason they would not send me a return label so I could send this back to them. She said the only thing they could do is give me a store credit. Ok, so can I please have a label so I can get this going and get it back in your hands so I could possibly order a bigger size. NOPE. horrible customer service. Donna M Traver 518 694-6243 Ps lo and behold if I ordered it over the phone with a sales person I couldn’t get that extra two dollars and whatever cents added onto my purchase so I could have a free return. Then I find out you can only add that insurance if you will if you buy it online. I was never told about these options when I purchased the vest. I would be so happy to hear back from you about this debacle, but I doubt I will."
