"I am an odd size, always right on the fence of 30-31 depending on brand and material. These are stretchier than I expected but boy are they comfy! I sized up to 31, and the waist stay up all day. The fabric in the zipper area cradles my gut so when I sit, I felt that the jeans ballooned. I won’t exchange since they are comfy, flattering, great wash, but my experience with that ballooning might have me sizing down in the future. Hope that helps someone!"
