How we measure: 

Arm: Measures the thickest part of the bicep area while laying flat, then double that measurement. 

Bust: Measures armpit to armpit while laying flat, then double. 

Sleeve length: Measures top of the shoulder to the hem of the sleeve while laying flat. 

Body length: Measures from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem while laying flat. 

Waistband: Measures the circumference of the hem while laying flat. 

Washing instructions:  Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Iron on reverse side. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Flat drying strongly recommended. After washing and drying, they can shrink a tiny bit, but given that they're french terry, they will stretch out again.
